At Sacred Creations by MamaChief, each item is created and packaged with care, quality, and attention to craftsmanship. Due to the handmade and custom nature of many products, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Return and Exchange
Although we inspect our items before they are shipped, things happen while in transit. As a result, here is how these instances will be handled.
Custom and Handmade Items
Many items sold through this website are handmade or custom-created. Because of their personalized nature:
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Slight variations in color, texture, beads, stones, feathers, and materials are considered part of the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. In accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy, the following process is in place.
To request a return or exchange for a damaged item:
- Requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
- Customers may be asked to provide clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided by Sacred Creations by MamaChief.
Approved damaged items may be exchanged for:
- the same item when available
OR - a comparable replacement item at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, wellness, herbal, tea, edible, consumable, or personal-use items, the return and exchange policy is very strict. Please be aware how these items are handled.
- All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
- These items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
Digital Products and Courses
Future digital products, downloadable materials, classes, or online courses are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Shipping Information
Jewelry and handcrafted items may be shipped internationally where permitted.
Certain wellness-related products may only be available for shipment within the United States due to regulations or shipping restrictions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Sacred Creations by MamaChief is not responsible for:
- carrier delays
- customs delays
- import duties or taxes
- lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier
